Diamond / Elite tiers
Higher VIP classifications
Lower tiers may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Step 1 — Prepare Your Screenshots
Your screenshots must clearly show:
Your registered email address on the other platform
Your current VIP / Loyalty Tier
Visible recent activity confirming the account is active
Uncropped, unedited, full-screen images
Clear readability
Incomplete or edited screenshots will be automatically declined.
Step 2 — Send Your Email

Your email must include:
Your Huuuge Casino Player ID
The screenshots listed above
The email address used on both platforms (if different, specify clearly)

Step 3 — VIP Team Review
Our VIP Team will review your submission.
If additional information is required, we will contact you via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing.
Step 4 — Status Upgrade
If approved:
Your account will be upgraded based on our internal Huuuge Rewards criteria
Your new Loyalty Tier will be applied directly to your Player ID
You will receive confirmation via email once the upgrade is complete
Tier matching is not guaranteed 1:1 and is determined by internal evaluation standards.

Review and processing may take up to 48-72 hours.

Repeated or abusive follow-ups may result in automatic rejection of your request.

Fraudulent
Manipulated
Edited or altered
Abusive in nature
Any attempt to misuse the program may result in:
Immediate rejection
Permanent disqualification from future transfers
