- Navigate to 'Settings.'
- Then, you'll find an option labeled 'FAQ.' Click on it. If you're playing the game directly through the web browser or on Facebook, the option will be called Support Center 24/7.
- If none of the FAQ Knowledgebase articles offers you a solution,  click 'NO' when asked if the article was helpful. You can also scroll to the bottom of the page.
