1. Directly from the game: This is the most convenient method to contact our support team. Here's how to do it:

Our game lobby has a set of options in the upper right corner.
- Navigate to 'Settings.'
- Then, you'll find an option labeled 'FAQ.' Click on it. If you're playing the game directly through the web browser or on Facebook, the option will be called Support Center 24/7.
- If none of the FAQ Knowledgebase articles offers you a solution,  click 'NO' when asked if the article was helpful. You can also scroll to the bottom of the page.
- A 'Contact Us' option appears under the article or at the bottom of the page. Click that, and you can write a message to our support team directly.
