If at any stage you become concerned about your gaming behavior, you can contact our Player Support team and request to have your device banned from the game access for a predefined amount of time. You can choose to take time off by requesting that we block your device’s access to our game for a minimum period of one year (or longer at your request). During this block time, you will not be able to play our game on all platforms from all of your accounts.
If you send us the request through the game we will be able to ban your device and any other devices that are connected to this account’s player ID. If you will contact us through email you will need to include your player ID in order for us to process your request; without your player ID, Huuuge cannot process the request.
During the time off period, the blocked access will be enforced and irrevocable.
How do you request a block?
The fastest way is to make the request directly through the game. If you contact us via email, you will need to include your player ID in order for us to process your request; without your player ID, Huuuge cannot process the request.
If you wish to reactivate your account after the blocked period has ended (i.e., one year or longer if you have specified), you must get in touch with the Support Team through the “Contact us” section on our website Huuuge Games and request reactivation of your player ID or device ID. We will process your request as soon as possible to provide you access to your account in our game.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you accept push notifications on your devices and internet browsers or download any of our applications to your device from the Apple AppStore or directly from our website to your device and you accept to receive push notifications, we will not be able to block receipt of such notifications even if you request to block your account. The only way to prevent receipt of such notifications is by changing the settings on the device itself.
