Sometimes, in-app purchases can take up to 24 hours to be delivered. If you have made an in-app purchase and don’t see it added in the game, please wait a bit and check again.

If the payment went through and you still haven't received your items, please try restarting your device. In some cases the purchase may complete itself once you do that.

If you've tried that and it didn't help, please contact our Support Team from the Support button in the game Settings menu and provide us with a screenshot of the receipt for the purchase which includes details such as date and time, product name, price and order number (it starts with a GPA. for Google Play purchases).
