Restoration with Facebook sync
If you've synchronized your account with the Facebook you will just need to log in with the Facebook again and everything will be restored.
Restoration without Facebook sync
When you've lost your account you will need to follow these instructions:
- Provide support agent with lost account ID, if you not remember that number, please send us detailed information such as Name Club name, Coins, Level.
- Associate new account with the Facebook profile, we can swap your old Stars™ Slots Casino - Play Together profile with current one. Unfortunately, synchronization with Facebook is mandatory to restore progress.
